This work concentrate on serving on a Dish in a kitchen , and completed cooking that the person who waited for cooking in floor could relay the picture which took a state served in a plate from the camera installed on sealing of the kitchen. On the contrary, the state on the floor is relayed
to the kitchen, too, So that cook can watch the situation of the floor.
In this shop rewriting a menu every day depending on a season and condition of the stocking so that layout of each dish is different everyday. And when one dish finished jointly, in the next moment by a waitperson carried to the floor.
This one dish to let you enjoy also with the eyes, it can only exists temporarily, but it is an abstract picture appealing to all the five senses.
この作品は特に厨房における作業の中でも盛り付けに的を絞って、できあがった料理が皿に盛られてゆく様子を上から撮った映像が、フロアーで料理を待っている人に中継出来るようにするために作りました。逆にフロアーの様子もキッチンへ中継され、コックもフロアーの状況に対応出来るようになっています。季節や仕入れの具合に応じて毎日メニューを書き直すこの店では、毎日違うレイアウトが一皿一皿共同で仕上げられ、次の瞬間には給仕によってフロアーへ運ばれます。目も愉しませる一皿は、一時的にしか存在し得ないですが五感すべてに訴える抽象画です。
