this pavilion is made for my south korean friends to bake and eat takoyaki together to say "thank you".
the national communication between korea and japan has always difficulties, so, i try to have a local communication with gwangju people as person come from osaka.
i also felt bad to say "i am japanese" proudly, because of history.
i had ever felt this feeling, in any other countries about nationality.
we are the countries that located so close, and had always something together. teaching each other and glowing together.
we are like brothers, that`s why we have to fight sometime, somehow.
when i was researching about korea in japanese web, i had to see all the net-nazi argument. it makes me so sick.
The littele distance, languege barrier and ignorance makes people fear.
I thought for this work, i just try to be a good friend with them and to have a good time with them. To show the proof that we can be good friends.

the tittle 낙지공집 means in korean, octopus, ball, house. i learn how to make korean pancake, and made takoyaki with korean ingredients but round shape. it served with "Makkori" the korean rice wine to the guest.
