It was a festival of the experimental music that featured the theme of a function of the art. The work was presented as my Diploma work. It was meant be purpose to show the function of a artist as a Random Generator in a big machine called the society, overlap with a stance for the experimental musician to the Music.
The plaster model of the chain which is on middle of this picture was cast directly on the floor of the exhibition room.
I took it off from the mold on the floor, from the work top which is on the other side, and put it like circle after the presentation.
美術学校の卒業制作として作った作品で芸術の機能をテーマとした実験音楽のフェスティバルです。社会という大きな機械の中で不確定要素発生機としての芸術家の働きを実験音楽家の音楽に対するスタンスとダブらして提示することが目的でした。
中央に見える鎖型の石膏のモデルは展示室の床の上に直接鋳造してあり、プレゼンテーションの最後には反対側に着いた作業台からも床の鋳型からも外して輪を描くように置きなおしました。
